life is crazy beautiful...

and I wish I could see it. the beautiful part, not the crazy. we’ve moved [I’m not yet sure how many of us], the dog is gone, and there’s not more carpet to pee on. you may ask: where then is the beauty?

well, the smells, the new plants, the utterly intriguing rearrangement of furniture. keeps me young. like just the other day, I found what appeared to be a soft tall wall. so I climbed it. I know what you’re thinking and no it wasn’t pretty [what do you want I’m pudgy and off-balance] but I maneuvered up a good ten cat lengths. and then it ended.

I popped my head over a dead end corner, sniffed a whole bunch of not much and headed back down. don’t ask, yes, I went backwards. down the way I came as there’s no other way when you’re not sure about jumping down from high places. there might be broken glass there, edge of a table, something hard. hell, a shoe could be an unpleasant landing spot.

so, it was an adventure very full of life. how’s yours?

wink,

blindy
